Tickets

Begin of Pre-Sales

Events at the Mousonturm usually go on sale on the 1st of the preceding month. Tickets for events in March, for example, are available from 1 February. Concerts and readings are exceptions to this rule.

Buying tickets

Tickets for our events are available in our Online Ticket Shop, at the evening box office of the event venue and at ADticket advance booking offices. Digital tickets can be scanned, no printouts necessary.

If tickets for an event are no longer available in advance, the following applies: Tickets may become available again at short notice due to changes in the ticket quota. If this is the case, remaining tickets will be available at the evening box office and the waiting list will open on the day of the event at the same time as the box office.

Ticket transfer possible: If you are unable to use the tickets you have already purchased (e.g. due to illness), you can transfer your tickets to another person. Our tickets are not personalized.

For most of the upcoming events, a solidarity-based pricing system applies (individual events are excluded from this system). To clear up any misunderstandings during the ordering process, here is a brief explanation:

Minimum price: 7 €
Reduced price: 11 €
Regular price: 20 €
Supporter price: 35 €

Please choose the price you are currently able and willing to pay.

Frankfurt Cultural Pass Holders

can purchase tickets at the evening box office on the day of the event for €1 (if tickets are available).

Tickets for Kulturpass (Cultural Pass) Holders

The Kulturpass (Cultural Pass) is an initiative of the German government for everyone celebrating their 18th birthday in 2023 and 2024: you receive a budget that you can use for tickets, books, CDs, records and much more. This makes it even easier to experience local culture.

If you turn 18 in 2024 (year of birth 2006), you will receive a budget of 100 euros. The budget is available to you from your 18th birthday on. If you turn 18 in 2023 (year of birth 2005) and have successfully identified yourself, you can still use your budget until 31 December 2024.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for an amount of your choice can be purchased at the Mousonturm box office or online here. The vouchers have no time frame within that they must be used and can also be redeemed for special events. If you redeem the voucher for an event that is cheaper than the value of the voucher, you will receive a “residual value voucher”. If the residual value is less than € 3, you will receive the difference to the voucher value in cash. If the event is more expensive than the voucher value, you pay the difference to the voucher.
