After a forced break of two years, the Geheime Salon is back with the event and residency series “Sonic Sanctuaries”. This series focuses on sound artists who have been biographically affected by flight, exile and displacement and who explore these topics artistically. Once a month, the Lokal at Mousonturm opens its doors for this with free admission and becomes a refuge for experimental electronic (dance) music. For the first edition, we have invited sound researcher Jessika Khazrik, from Beirut and currently based in Berlin, to our salon for a hybrid live set. The local DJ position is filled perfectly on this evening with Febi.
