Inclusive Cultural Practice Forum "Working Together" – Structural Challenges

Forum inklusive Kulturpraxis

With the four-part network series Forum “Inclusive Cultural Practice” (FinK), Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm (MT) and Amt für multikulturelle Angelegenheiten (AmkA) invite to exchange ideas.

FinK aims to create time and space for disabled, Deaf and chronically ill cultural actors as well as non-disabled cultural actors to share knowledge and form new or closer alliances. There is an opportunity to get to know each other on site or online.

We would like to use the second meeting to get to know each other a little better. We come from different institutions and fields, but what we have in common is that we all work in the field of culture and have a desire to sustainably critique ableism. The focus of this meeting is therefore on our working practices. How can we master structural challenges better and, above all, together? The input on audism is provided by a deaf expert.

Each meeting is divided into 20-minute sessions: a joint arrival, an expert input on inclusive cultural practice, two periods for interactive exchange, time for a break with food and drink and a joint conclusion at the end. From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. there will be time for drinks and snacks.
