Jane Blond and that Stevil Kniewel are Jana Zöll and Steven Solbrig. They are currently working on a performative-theatrical piece* entitled "(We don't) [Kehr]", produced by Un-Label, an international, inclusive and interdisciplinary performing arts company.
As ALL-IN-Residents at the Mousonturm since mid-November 2020, the duo with disabilities has been asking questions such as: What does help mean and what value does it have in our society? Where and how do people with disabilities appear in current debates about care work? How much emotional labour do they actually have to do? And does the personal assistant model or the so-called "employer model", which is supposed to formally regulate the assistance needs of people with disabilities, really create new undreamt-of possibilities of mutual care?
On their blog "Blond and Stevil", they will be chronicling their work with interviews, texts and videos in six posts from mid-April onwards.
