Ticket Purchase
Tickets for events can be purchased either in the online ticket shop or at the box office. There is a direct link to the online ticket shop on every event page. For more information see our the tickets page. Our ticket partner is Reservix.

Most of our events have a solidarity-based pricing system. This means that you can choose the price category according to your own judgement. This also applies to people with disabilities.
Some events have a fixed price. People with disabilities receive a discount. Select the "Reduced Price" category.
There is usually no reduction for concerts.
We usually one or two reserved places per event for people, who use a wheelchair plus one for an accompanying person. These are kept free up to 30 minutes before the start of the event. Accompanying Person Policy
Accompanying persons receive a free ticket for all events. To reserve a free ticket, please contact barrierefreiheit @ mousonturm.de in advance. A disabled person’s pass is not required in order to use the accessibility services.
